New Patient Appointment Cancellation Policy

We understand that life happens and schedules can change. If you need to reschedule or cancel your New Patient Appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice.

New Patient Appointments are reserved specifically for you and require dedicated time with our doctor and team. Because of this, cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, will be subject to a fee equal to the cost of the scheduled appointment.

We truly value your time and strive to provide the same level of respect for our schedule so we can serve all of our patients well.
